3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return and subsequent store credit:

  • Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned for store credit, including:

    • Personal care goods (e.g., undergarments, swimwear)
  • Exceptions/Non-Returnable Situations:

    • Final Sale Items: Sale items or gift cards are non-returnable.
